Introducing FORS
Traditional strength training.Meets Progressive Intelligence.
Twenty-five centuries ago Milo of Croton lifted a newborn calf and carried it every day until it was a full-grown bull. Add a little, recover, repeat. It’s the oldest training method there is and it still works. FORS is built on it.

Meet Spot
The session you canalways finish.
Tweaked shoulder. Twenty-five minutes. Someone on the rack. Every other app hands you a fixed workout and lets your day break it, so you bail halfway and close the app feeling like you blew it. Tell Spot what’s going on and there is always a version of today you can finish.

The Record
Every number,broken down.
If you’re a data nerd, you’re home. The FORS Score, strength standards, muscle group analytics: every set you log becomes something you can actually read. And none of it is held hostage. Export the whole record whenever you like, hand it to your trainer, or take it wherever you go next.

The library
Every movement.
On video.
Barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, or just your bodyweight. FORS has a movement for every goal, every gym, and every limitation, and every one it programs comes with a short video showing exactly how it’s done.
Grounded in the evidence
The principles aren’t opinions. They’re the outcomes.
FORS follows progressive overload, periodization, and balanced movement because the research on strength training is unusually clear. Here’s what consistent strength work is linked to.
lower risk of early death
Regular strength training is linked to roughly 15% lower all-cause mortality, independent of any cardio you do.
is all it takes
Large studies find meaningful drops in mortality and disease risk from just half an hour to an hour of strength work per week.
resting metabolism
In ~10 weeks, previously inactive adults gained about 1.4 kg of muscle, lost 1.8 kg of fat, and raised resting metabolism ~7%.
Strength work is also linked to about 19% lower cardiovascular mortality, 14% lower cancer mortality, better insulin sensitivity, higher bone density, and less anxiety and depression. Inactive adults lose 3 to 8% of their muscle every decade. Lifting reverses it. FORS is built to get you those results safely, not to chase a number that looks good in an app.
Strength for Life
Lift smarter,
not harder.
You already do the work. FORS makes it count. You’ll know exactly where you stand, and a week that falls apart will never set you back.
